Which WPS bank files do you support?
We are able to create WPS output files for all banks in Saudi Arabia. Should your bank file not be available in the dropdown menu, just reach out to us and we will implement your specific WPS file within 48 hours.

Can I process partial payruns?
Of course - you can run as many payruns as you need. While always seeing the full picture of who has been paid and who hasn't.

Do you offer multi-currency payroll?
As of today, we only support employees compensated in Saudi Riyals (SAR). We are working hard on introducing a multi-currency payroll by the end of the year.

Does palm.hr calculate End of Service Benefits?
When it's time to offboard an employee, and you choose the termination date and reason, palm.hr calculates all pending End of Service Benefits according to Saudi Labor Laws. However, you are also able to customize an employee's EOS benefit by making additions & deductions as you need.

How does palm.hr treat people without an IQAMA?
Within palm.hr, people are either categorized as GOSI registered employees or as contractors. Contractors could be consultants or anyone else not registered in your organization's GOSI. This is differentiated during the payroll process allowing you to pay your people according to local standards.
